If you contact Embiox by email, the information you send is processed as part of that correspondence, on the basis of Embiox’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to take steps requested by you prior to entering into a contract. Email is handled in Google Workspace, configured with an EU data region. Google may nonetheless process data outside the EU/EEA as part of its own service operation; this is governed by Google’s data processing terms rather than by Embiox directly. Ordinary enquiries are deleted once resolved unless there is a continued legitimate need to retain them, such as an unresolved request or a legal obligation.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or request restriction of its processing. Requests can be sent to contact@embiox.dk.
