Describe the product or problem, your current stage and any important deadline. Share only what you are comfortable sending at this point.
02 · Discuss the scope
We discuss the technical situation, constraints and desired outcome, online or in person as appropriate. If detailed confidential material is needed, we can arrange an NDA first.
03 · Agree on the next step
For a clear task, Embiox can prepare a written proposal with scope, deliverables and pricing. When substantial technical uncertainty remains, the next step may be a separately agreed, paid assessment. Work begins only after you accept the proposed terms.
The initial conversation and an ordinary proposal are generally free and carry no obligation. If a reliable proposal requires substantial technical investigation, its scope and price are agreed before that work starts.
